CHOOSING A SITE
A member of our staff will be pleased to meet with you and help you choose. When you have decided on a site, a deposit of £5,000 to hold will be required. Upon completion of the sub-level the next 10% will be due. The remainder of monies are then due upon completion.
LEGAL FORMALITIES
The seller (builder) will require the name and address of the purchaser’s solicitor and you might also be required to make a mortgage application. Then bills of contract will be issued and the purchase of your new Winterson Home has begun.
We request the return to our solicitors within a 6-week period of the signed unconditional contract and we will then indicate the approximate date of completion. If you are unable to work within these timeframes, the property in which you are interested will be deemed as available to all prospective clients and placed on the open market.
We will always give ample notice prior to the site going back on the market and we will, where possible, offer you an alternative site. We will stay in contact with you during this process helping to advise on the progress of the contract.
